Water bills can be paid online at any hour through the water system's payment portal — you will need the account number printed on your bill — or in person at City Hall during office hours. If you have a question about a bill, a reading that looks wrong, or you need to start or stop service at an address, call and someone will go through it with you rather than leaving you to guess.
Anyone can attend. If you want something raised — a road, a water issue, a question about a city decision — ring City Hall ahead of the meeting so it can be put on the agenda rather than brought up cold.
Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm.
